[LARTC] netlink documentation

Hi there... i want to write some c code so as i can
read and change the configurartion from a diff serv
that has cbq tbf and htb... Pokinh around all this
time i have noticed that libnl and lql libraries are
not completely implemented so i need something else to
do my jobb. I dont know what do u want to suggest me
but i think that reading netlink and especially
netlink that has to do with classes and qdiscs is what
i must do... Plz suggest me sth..
