[LARTC] Getting the IMQ target to work.

One important thing is that the two files
extensions/.IMQ-test6
extensions/.IMQ-test
which are created when you are patching iptables source, must be
executable. Only when the iptables make
script can run these IMQ-test files, they will be included in the build
process. So a simple chmod can help you.
