[LARTC] Bandwith problem

I recently suffer badly from low bandwith. At first I thought it was my
Linux box, but after tracing the problem it turns out it was the ammount of
double posts I get from Patrick Turley... :)

Isn't there a way to block mail.rocksteady.com? It seems the mail originates
from 10.50.23.3, and is forwarded by this host (which would make sense).
