[LARTC] Filter hashing

  Hi,
 

   Anyone cares to explain how do the hash filters get calculated,
cause I haven't understood those and I would really need a hand on
that. For example, I want to build filters for two nets : 192.168.0.0/24
and 192.168.1.0/24. How do I do that ?
