[LARTC] Asking wandershap and htb

Dear All,

I just wander,

1. Can  i  use  wandersharp  and  also apply my current htb to minimalist
latency ? How, any example ?
2. How the rule to said 192.168.0.1/24, but not the 192.168.0.10 ?
(i use the htb init)
3. I've put djbdns behind the htb, but it look like sometime it make
udp flood. Any idea how to fix it ?
